An immersive experience in the world of extra virgin olive oil, offering a close look at how our Sicilian EVO is made. During the Favola EVO Tour, you will visit our company olive mill and discover every stage of the production process, from the hand-harvesting of the olives to cold extraction.
Recognised among the best experiences in the 2023 Olive Oil Tourism Awards and included among the points of interest of the “Olive Routes” Cultural itinerary promoted by the Council of Europe, the tour will take you through olive groves, tradition and sustainability while discovering the story of our family, who have been farming in the Syracuse area for over 70 years.
The experience concludes with a guided tasting of our Favola olive oils, where you will discover their aromas, characteristics and food pairings while enjoying an authentic journey into the
culture of Sicilian olive oil.

- The “pane cunzato experience”, where you will learn the easiest, tastiest, and simplest Sicilian recipe with extra virgin olive oil

Children up to 5 years old do not pay.
Children aged 6 to 15 pay a reduced rate. Full rate for 16 years. For any changes, preferences or special requests, you can always contact us!
Duration: approximately 1 hour
Conditions:
- Participants, for all experiences: minimum 1 – maximum 30. For larger groups, the programme must be agreed in advance;
- A complimentary gift for participants may be provided at the end of the tasting;
- For groups of more than 4 people, we can arrange a light lunch at an additional cost, to be requested by email
Cancellations:
- Full refund for cancellations made up to 15 days before the tour date.
- 50% refund for cancellations made 14 days before the tour date.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the tour.

Certainly. We also organize experiences designed for families and school groups, with educational activities and tailor-made visits.

Where do the tours take place?
Tours take place on our farm in the Syracuse area, 15 minutes from Ortigia, among olive groves, lemon groves, and olive oil mills, easily accessible by car. Here you can get our directions.
Is there a transfer service from Ortigia?
Yes, a transfer service to/from Ortigia is available upon reservation for those who wish to use it. Please mention it when booking the tour or contact us on WhatsApp for more information.
