Our workshops are hands-on experiences dedicated to the culture of extra virgin olive oil and Sicilian cuisine. At our farm, you can take part in guided tastings, workshops and activities designed to help you discover the characteristics of EVO and its best culinary pairings.
An opportunity to explore our region’s agricultural traditions and enjoy an authentic experience among olive groves and our olive mill.
Wonderful tour with olive oil tasting. Beautiful presentation with a wonderful variety of breads, cheeses, fruit and olives offered during the tasting. The olive oils were amazing!

Want to see up close how our extra virgin olive oil is born?
We welcome you to our company in Sicily to visit olive groves, lemon groves, and olive oil mills, discover native cultivars, and participate in guided tastings.
We had a wonderful experience harvesting lemons and olives, learning the art of their production and, of course, tasting the delicious oils. Francesca and her team were amazing, so welcoming and passionate. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience authentic Sicily!
