Our extra virgin olive oils are produced between the sea and the mountains of the province of Syracuse, from native Sicilian cultivars carefully grown by our family since 1957. From the hand-picking of the olives to cold extraction in our own mill, every stage of production is carefully monitored to ensure quality, freshness and a traceable supply chain.
The Favola line captures the essence of our olive groves:
single-varietal oils and blends made from Tonda Iblea, Moresca, Cerasuola, Zaituna and Nocellara dell’Etna — oils with an intense aroma and a balanced taste, capable of enhancing Mediterranean cuisine with their fruity, bitter and spicy notes.
