Each ceramic is of a different color and was created and glazed entirely by hand by skilled Sicilian artisans to enhance the quality of the selections of our favola extra virgin olive oil. Even the case is handmade and can be reused indefinitely to contain objects and herbs.

Processing:
The olives are harvested at the beginning of the oil campaign in early September, in advance of the veraison in the area bordering the sea in the province of Syracuse. They are milled within 12 hours of collection, to ensure the best quality of the final product.
Features:
Favola Tonda Iblea has a fresh scent with notes of tomato and freshly cut grass. An extra virgin olive oil with a medium fruitiness, very pleasant.
Favola Opunzia is a blend of the Nocellara Etnea cultivar, typical of the area between Syracuse and Catania and Cerasuola, typical of the western area of Sicily, both with a medium fruity aroma and a medium-high intensity of bitter and spicy.
Favola Cerasuola IGP stands out for its extraordinary concentration of polyphenols, i.e. the antioxidants which determine both its organoleptic qualities, such as the bitter and spicy taste, and the nutritional qualities typical of an excellent extra virgin olive oil.
For a correct storage, we recommend you to follow the instructions on the label, keeping the product in a cool, dry place, away from any light and heat sources. Always close the cap after use and do not store the bottle near heat sources.
