Cerasuola PGI, rich in polyphenols, presents a more structured profile, with herbaceous notes and a pleasant lingering bitterness and spiciness.

The oils are processed in our own olive mill to preserve freshness, aromas, and organoleptic properties.

Opunzia perfectly accompanies meats, grilled meats, and Mediterranean preparations, while the more structured and persistent Cerasuola IGP enhances cunzatu bread, legumes, and flavorful dishes from traditional Sicilian dishes.
I purchased the oil which turns out to be really excellent, not at all acidic and without that annoying pinch/aftertaste that others have left me with. Excellent companion to any dish. Very satisfied :)
