The Palette Tasting Kit includes three 175ml tins of Favola extra virgin olive oils: Tonda Iblea, Moresca, and Opunzia.
Tonda Iblea stands out for its more intense and aromatic taste, with notes of tomato and fresh grass.
Moresca, delicate and balanced, offers softer hints of green apple and almond.
Finally, Opunzia, a blend of Cerasuola and Nocellara Etnea, represents the perfect balance between structure and harmony.
A kit designed to play with pairings, experiment at the table, and enjoy a true tasting experience through the different nuances of Favola Sicilian extra virgin olive oil.

The oils are processed in our own olive mill to preserve freshness, aromas, and organoleptic properties.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
The product keeps for up to 18 months from bottling.

La Tonda Iblea is ideal for bruschette, soups and bold-tasting dishes. Moresca perfectly accompanies raw fish, carpaccio and fresh salads, while Opunzia is versatile and perfect for meat, grilled vegetables and Mediterranean cuisine preparations.
I purchased the oil which turns out to be really excellent, not at all acidic and without that annoying pinch/aftertaste that others have left me with. Excellent companion to any dish. Very satisfied :)
