Our company hosts 10,000 Syracuse lemon trees. The Syracusan “feminello” is a very aromatic variety and highly appreciated in its various blooms: from the first flower harvested from October, the bianchetto available from May to the summer verdello. Appreciated because Syracuse lemons contain an average of 30% juice, have a thin-grained rind that produces high quality essential oils and also contain high amounts of vitamin C and citric acid.
